For The Tiny Soul
This is a MIXED AGES CLASS – 10 months to 4 years old – to be taken with a parent, grandparent, guardian, or caregiver. This is a great introduction to music for you and your child. This is also a great opportunity for your littles to socialize and interact with other children their age! The class will focus on singing, rhythm, memorization and simple instrument play with rhythm sticks, maracas and shakers. We will also have tons of movement, parachute and scarf time and of course…. bubbles! Taught by musicians, music educators and moms! Together, the joy of music and movement will be shared!
This class runs 45 minutes.
1 parent per child, if possible.
$130 total for 1 child | $230 total for 2 children.

SUMMER CAMPS & SPECIALTY CLASSES 2026
ROCK BAND | Exclusive to HGS Music Students!
HGS Music’s ROCK BAND class is one-of-a-kind. Students who are at an intermediate to advanced level are placed with other like-minded students to form a band.
These bands learn how to work together with other musicians, the ins and outs of band practice, choose their own repertoire and set list and end with a REAL LIVE PERFORMANCE at a REAL local club/music venue. Lights, stage, large audience and all! (And yes, they even get to take home money from their tip jar!)
This class is not limited to just rock. Bands have often played pop, indie, jazz and more.
Class is overseen and taught by active, professional musicians; Ms. Jodi, Mr. Alex and Mr. Colin – all who have toured, recorded and played countless shows over their careers.
We hold this class over a 7 week course in January/February (Highland location) and a two week bootcamp in July (both locations).

ONE DAY DRUM CLINIC | Ages 10 & Up
In this one-day fun and interactive clinic, students will discover percussion instruments from different cultures while learning traditional rhythms and playing together as a group.
- Explore percussion instruments from around the world
- Learn traditional rhythms from different cultures
- Practice grooving and playing together as an ensemble
- Discover how global rhythms influence today’s music

All instruments are provided by HGS Music. However, if you have your own small drum, djembe, small percussion instrument, etc, please feel free to bring!

POP STAR TIME MACHINE | AGES 9-14 YEARS OLD
CALLING ALL SINGERS!
Sing your favorite pop songs (all made appropriate for this age level)!
This year’s camp will be taking a time machine through the best pop songs of the 70,’s, 80’s, 90’s, 00’s and today!
And like any great performer, we will learn about vocal warmups, vocal health, boost our confidence and get ready for our LIVE performance!
Our focus is singing in a group with opportunities for solos!

ONCE UPON A SONG – A DISNEY SUMMER CAMP | AGES 6-8 YEARS
This ONE WEEK Disney themed camp will keep your little performer active and engaged all week long! Every day will include vocal warm-ups, learning a song, games, crafts and dancing!
